Kiewit Infrastucture is asking not to be subject to the same laws that the rest of us have to follow so that they can widen I-70 at night. Reminder that this involves damaging, and possibly destroying, one of the last Latino neighborhoods in Denver. There is no information from the Department of Public Health and Environment why this is being considered, how this helps people's health.

The Department of Public Health and Environment is accepting written comments through the afternoon of Wednesday, September 5. You can email comments to BEH@Denvergov.org. You can also bring them or mail them to the Department of Public Health and Environment, Administrative Offices, Attention Kathy Houston, 200 W. 14th Avenue, Suite 300. (The 9 and 52 stop is north of these offices.)
