FHA is seeking comments on new rules for transportation spending

The Federal Highway Administration may start considering carbon emissions and other air quality standards when considering how to spend their money, but they are going to need a lot of support and pressure to take action. You can help make this happen by submitting a comment through the following page: https://www.regulations.gov/#!docketDetail;D=FHWA-2013-0054

Just click the blue "Comment Now" button in the middle of the page. You can also read the proposed rule which is right next to it.

National Association of Railway Passengers
